157 - Still Not Getting It

Can you tell that the Chancellor is supposed to be in the background?  I feared he looked like a finger puppet standing between the two women.  Alas.

    I think putting the speech balloon in the background sells that he’s back there. I’d say it worked out alright!

    Agreed. The darkened shading also helps sell it, along with the fact that he’s slightly out of focus.
