155 - A Slightly Different Look

Because so many people thought the Lord Chancellor was a wizard, I had to change his look.  I know, it’s not a drastic change, but I didn’t want people to get confused either if he changed too much.

    So what you’re saying is that the Lord Chancellor is the one who casts the spells?
