Now don’t get too excited about this gynormous comic strip - this is not the new standard.  Just because there’s a whole new website, does not mean that the strip will change that much overnight.  We’ll be back to our regular four small panels next Monday.   I just couldn’t figure out how to tell this little story in four small panels.

This comic is based on the absolute true story of my son’s first birthday.  Instead of blowing the candle out, he casually reached over and snuffed the flame out by pinching it.  Considering how many photos I took that day, I’m a little puzzled that I don’t have that recorded somewhere, but I was probably too busy picking my jaw off the table.
