I got the idea for this strip after listening to an installment of the Webcomics Weekly podcast where they recommended keeping story arcs to 3-4 weeks max.  I’m sure this is meant more for daily comic strips where a story arc of that duration can include 15-20 strips.  Dragon Story took 44 strips to tell, and with a weekly update schedule, that’s a far cry from 3-4 weeks.  Oh well, hope you enjoyed the ride.
